Cancellation and Refunds:

Participant Cancellation: The Participant may cancel their enrollment in the course by providing written notice to the instructor.

The following refund policy applies:

a.     Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to the course start date, are eligible for a refund of 50% of the course fee

b.     Cancellations made less than 3 days prior of the course start date are not eligible for a refund

Instructor Cancellation: In the event that the instructor cancels the course due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor unavailability or insufficient enrollment, the Participant will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee or a guaranteed pleace on the next available course. .

Reschedule:

Participant Reschedule: The Participant may reschedule a paid in full class at his or her convinience.

The following refund policy applies:

a.     Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to the course start date, are eligible for a refund of 50% of the course fee.

b.     Cancellations made less than 3 days prior of the course start date are not eligible for a refund.

Instructor Reschedule: In the event that the instructor has to reschedule a course, the client has the option of reschedule the course or a full refund of course fees.
