About Rack and Rifle Defense Group
10+ years of shooting experience between prior service and competition shooting. I have taken courses from several well known and credible instructors throughout my years of shooting. CPR Certified and have over 100 hours in combat medicine.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we aim to be fair while ensuring that our classes remain organized and efficient. Please review the following cancellation policy for our courses:
Student Cancellations
• 7 or more days prior to class: Students may cancel for a full refund or request to reschedule to a future class date at no additional charge.
• 3–6 days prior to class: Students may reschedule one time at no additional charge. Cancellations during this window are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Within 48 hours of class / No-shows: No refunds will be issued. Students may request to be placed in a future class at 50% of the course fee.
Company Cancellations
If we must cancel or reschedule a class due to weather, range availability, instructor emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, students will be given the option to:
• Transfer into a future class at no additional cost, or
• Receive a full refund of the class fee.
Late Arrivals
Classes begin promptly. Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be admitted (instructor's discretion), for safety and training standard reasons, and will be treated as a no-show under this policy.
Special Considerations
• Students who cannot attend due to verified military orders, medical emergencies, or jury duty may transfer into a future class at no charge.
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing (email or message) for recordkeeping.
Waiver
RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
By signing up for this course, the student acknowledges that the reaction to, possession of, and/or use of firearms is potentially dangerous, and involves risk of serious personal injury, death, psychological trauma, and/or personal anf financial liability. The student agrees to assume all risk and waives any, and all claims of liability for personal injury, death, psychological traums, and/or other personal or financial loss.

We provide a full range of firearms training including, Enhanced Concealed Carry, Basic Pistol, Emergency First Aid, Home Defense Fundamentals, along with many more.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?
Valid photo ID, your firearm, eye and ear protection, ammunition, and a willingness to learn. Dress appropriately for comfort and safety. For example, we recommend not wearing anything low cut, and closed toes shoes are required.
WHERE ARE CLASSES HELD?
We host classes throughout Mississippi with access to ranges. Locations vary — check the location details for the course or contact us for details.
DO YOU OFFER TRAINING FOR BEGINNERS?
Absolutely. Our Basic Handgun and Home Defense courses are perfect for first-time gun owners. Safety and confidence are our top priorities.
WHO CAN TAKE YOUR COURSES?
Our courses are open to responsible adults who meet Mississippi state requirements for firearms training. We welcome new gun owners, seasoned shooters, law enforcement, and veterans as well.
ARE YOU INSTRUCTORS CERTIFIED?
Yes. Our instructors are certified professionals with military, and real-world firearms experience.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
You can register online through our website, which will take you to one of our instructor portal; where you can register for the course there. You can also register by phone, or via email. Spots are limited for each course, so early registration is recommended.
DO YOU PROVIDE AMMUNITION?
No. Ammunition is not included in class fees. You may bring your own factory ammunition. NO RELOADS ALLOWED.
DO YOU ISSUE CERTIFICATES FOR CCW OR ENHANCED CCW?
Yes. Upon successful completion, students receive the required certification to apply for their Mississippi CCW or Enhanced CCW permit.
