My name is Torrie James and I am certified NRA basic pistol and Rifle instructor. I am also a certified USCCA instructor, a Delaware concelald carry instructor, a Maryland Wear and Cary and HQL instructor as well as a Delaware Red card and Yellow card instructor as well as a Delaware COPT instructor. I am curretnly a active police officer with over 20 years experience

Cancellation Policy
cancelation myst be made within in 48 hours for a full refund. Any cancelation done within 24 hours will recieve a 50% refund and any no shows will not recieve a refund
Reschedule Policy
You can reschedule up until the start of the class with no penelties
Refund Policy
A full refund will be granted if it within 48 hours of the start of the class, a refund of 50% will be granted if it is within 24 hours of the start of the course
