Florida 4 hours Class G License Recertification

Description

This course is for the armed security personnel. They must requalify once a year. This will include an examination based off the knowledge of the Class G handbook. And also demonstrate there firearms accuracy on the range 
(Range and Ammunition will be paid by the security personnel. that is not included in the class.)

Topics Covered

You will be taking a test based on the. knowledge of your G license course.
We will be talking about the Norman creatures of your pistol. and reviewing the exam.
Upon finishing the exam student must 70% or better before the shooting portion of the course.
We will then go into the shooting range and commence the firing portion of this proficiency Security personnel must score a minimum of 168 with. a maximum of 240

Expectations and Outcomes

Security personnel will then receive their. proficiency should. certificate which will be emailed directly to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Division of Licensing. Security personnel is advised to please once they receive their own copy. to physically take it to the nearest Florida Department of Agriculture and Division of Licensing Office. where they can physically scan it and verify that it is in the system.

Documentation Requirements

Security personnel must bring their governmental I D's. This will include a Floridas driver's license. And their D and their G license as well.

The instructor requires a copy of your Government Issued ID once you register.

Requirements

1. Security personnel must come in uniform. Also, if the officer wears a bulletproof vest, he or she must wear that as well.
2. The officer must bring his duty belt.
3. 3 magazines, his duty pistol. (There will be rentals available if needed.)
4. Ammunition and targets will be sold at the actual gun range.
