Description
When there’s a situation that occurs in the home (or elsewhere), the question becomes does one hunker down… stay in place, or does one move from here to there? In most cases, it is safer to stay in place. However, there are times when moving is what’s called for. Once you leave that space, for all intents and purposes you are hunting.
This is a one-day course to introduce the basic concepts and techniques of hunker or hunt. Defense and securing of a room or place will be discussed. Techniques of movement, stealth, cover, and engagement will be introduced and practiced. Participants are asked to bring basic plans of their homes which we can re-create in simulated movement scenarios. This is a NON-LIVE FIRE Course. Participants will have the option to attend our live fire defensive handgun/long gun classes at a discounted rate. Participants are encouraged to bring their own firearms and may also use various firearms from our inventory. All firearms will be made LASER safe.
