Description
Individuals who participate will receive competent instruction in the use, maintenance and storage of both semi-automatic and revolver handguns. This course includes both classroom instruction and a live fire session.

Expectations and Outcomes
Students will receive competent training and instruction in the basic use of handguns via a prescribed course approved by the National Rifle Association and the MD State Police. Students will receive a certificate for completion of the Handgun Qualification License course and a qualification sheet for completion of the live fire session.

Documentation Requirements
Students must bring a valid state issued ID or their passport. All students must be US Citizens or valid green card holders.
Requirements
Ear and eye protection are provided at no cost, however if a student has a current operational handgun, that they intend to carry they are encouraged to bring it to class to qualify with. Only brass cased ammunition is allowed at range.
