Rosene Ruschman, Instructor
Resident of Jasper, Georgia since 2000. Member and Secretary of the Pickens County Sportsman’s Club where I am the match director for the PCSC IDPA Shooting Sport monthly match. As of 2024 I organized the Have A Plan Georgia program to promote self-defense programs for female residents of Pickens County and surrounding counties.
Previous training, instruction and coaching experience in equine sports. In addition to hosting and training opportunities in self-defense, I am a certified instructor for a canine scent detection sport (NACSW) and currently training my first Search and Rescue) SAR dog in preparation for certification in 2026.
I enjoy a variety of activities including in canoeing, camping, hiking, archery, and especially canine sport events and multi-disciplinary shooting activities.
