Basic - I teach private, semi private and small groups (up to 4) in a comfortable non threatening environment with loads of hands on.
Duration: 2.5 hours of legal and with 3 hours safety and hands on and 2.5 hours of Basic Pistol instruction then 2 h

Description
This class offers the Basic Concealed Carry course with all required elements, however I include instruction for Basic Pistol as well. It is vital that students have instruction on all the elements of how to consistantely and efficiently hit the target, this is beyond the basic Marksmanship fundamemtals. I cover ammunition, locks/storage, holsters, field stripping and cleaning as well as presentation, how to safetly draw from a holster and how to reload if under attack.
I teach in my home and we go to a range to qualify.

Legal Issues, Handgun Safety, Handguns(general) Marksmanship Fundamentals plus, Where/How to carry, Drawing Techniques from Concealment, Cleaning and Maintenance, Ammunition and Proficiency Drills.
Expectations and Outcomes
students will receive a Certificate of Completion for Concealed Carry Handgun Trainging Course for a North Carolina permit.

Documentation Requirements
A valid NC driver license is need as well as the basics of being a US citizen and being 21 years old or older.
Requirements
Having a firearm is not necessary. I have two Sig Sauers (365 and 365 XL Macro) that can be rented. They will need to bring 40 rounds of NEW 9mm ammo, with brass casing, 115 gn.
