Course Focus: Mastering Room Clearing, Angles, and Low-Light Structure Navigation
This intensive 4-hour indoor training course focuses on the complex, close-quarters environment of a building structure. This essential course teaches the principles of movement, communication, and threat engagement necessary to safely and effectively clear rooms and navigate tight spaces, optimized for home defense scenarios.
What You Will Master:
- Single-Person & Team-Based Room Clearing: Learn the fundamental techniques for moving through a doorway, clearing the 'fatal funnel,' and systematically searching a room (solo and with one partner).
- Cornering, Angles, & Entry Techniques: Master how to manage angles around corners and doors to minimize exposure, a key element of interior tactics.
- Threat Identification & Target Discrimination: Practice identifying and discriminating between threats and non-threats in high-stress, rapidly changing indoor environments.
- Low-Light & Stress-Based Scenarios: Integrate light discipline and tactics into dynamic drills to prepare for scenarios that often occur in darkness.
- Force-on-Force Training with Simunitions: Engage dynamic threats in structure-based scenarios to test decision-making and tactical performance under duress.
