  • Prerequisite: Applicants must demonstrate prior expert-level proficiency in defensive pistol handling (equivalent to completing the entire Handgun Series) before acceptance.
 
  • Ammunition Requirement: Minimum 1,200 rounds of FMJ 9mm ammunition (or the caliber of their training handgun).
 
  • Required Equipment: Students must bring an operational handgun, minimum three magazines, a sturdy holster (OWB preferred), magazine pouches, a tactical light (WML recommended), and professional note-taking materials.
 
  • Certification: Certification is performance-based, requiring successful completion of the shooting qualification, written exam (minimum 90% score), and teaching assessment.
 
  • Course Cost: The course fee is $1,595 total.
