Description

Defensive Handgun II is the second of seven modules designed to develop confident, effective and safe armed citizens who can defend themselves and their families with stationary handgun defensive skills. These are advanced classes requiring excellent safety habits and moderate shooting skills. Students are expected to not catch magazines, automatically reload, assess their surroundings and behave as if they were defending themselves and/or their loved ones. This is not an administrative “How to shoot” class. It is a “How to fight and win” class.

DH II builds on DH I skills. Additional skills addressed:

  • < Advanced sighting techniques
  • <!Achieving multiple hits, quickly (part 2)
  • < Engaging moving/multiple assailants
  • <!Strong & support hand engagements
  • Employing a flashlight
All training is conducted using home invasion scenarios to induce stress and realism.
