Description
Focused instruction for personnel who need practical, disciplined firearms development.
A More Personal Way to Strengthen Duty-Ready Skills
This session is built around the firearms skills your agency wants to reinforce. I can address fundamentals such as grip, stance, sight alignment, trigger control, reloads, weapon handling, and performance under structured drills. Instruction remains clear and deliberate, allowing participants to understand both the technique and the reason behind it.
The training can be shaped around agency standards, current experience levels, and specific performance priorities. Participants receive direct coaching, opportunities to apply each skill, and observations that help identify areas for continued practice. The result is a focused training experience that supports consistency, confidence, and professional firearms handling.

Topics Covered
Designed specifically for tactical response personnel, the law enforcement curriculum by Xballer Gun focuses on refining high-speed, dynamic tactical mechanics under intense stress. The training equips federal and local law enforcement personnel with advanced firearm skills, bridging the gap between standard range qualification and real-world tactical interventions. Officers undergo intensive modules covering aggressive shooting on the move, tactical movement such as advancing and retreating, high-efficiency ammunition management, and rapid malfunction clearance under pressure. Additionally, the curriculum integrates stress-resiliency drills, variable trigger manipulation for close-quarter speed versus distance precision, and scenario-based decision-making to ensure absolute operational readiness during critical incidents.
Expectations and Outcomes
Officers participating in the law enforcement training curriculum by Xballer Gun are expected to maintain an uncompromising standard of operational discipline, mental agility, and technical precision from start to finish. Personnel must arrive with a firm grasp of baseline firearms safety and mechanics, as the course immediately introduces high-stress, dynamic environments that test boundaries beyond standard range qualifications. Participants are expected to actively apply real-time coaching, demonstrate strict muzzle and finger discipline during fluid movement, and push through intense stress-resiliency drills without compromising safety or decision-making integrity. Ultimately, every officer is expected to approach the line with an accountability-focused mindset, fully prepared to refine their tactical skills and take ownership of their role during critical, real-world interventions.

Requirements
Permitted Handguns: Only high-quality, modern, semi-automatic pistols or modern defensive revolvers from reliable manufacturers are permitted. No poorly maintained or unsafe firearms will be allowed on the line.
Magazines: A minimum of 3 operational magazines is required to keep the training pace moving efficiently.
Standard Course Load: 300 rounds of factory-manufactured, brass-cased ammunition is required per standard day of training.
Eye Protection: Ballistic-rated, wrap-around shooting glasses or clear safety glasses are mandatory. High-impact prescription eyewear with side shields is acceptable.
Ear Protection: Electronic hearing protection (earmuffs) is highly recommended so you can clearly hear instructor commands and safety briefings while on the firing line. Traditional foam earplugs or passive muffs are acceptable but less optimal.
Range Attire:
- Shirts: High-necked t-shirts, crew necks, or collared polo shirts are required to prevent hot brass from slipping down your clothing. No tank tops or low-cut shirts.
- Footwear: Sturdy, closed-toe shoes, boots, or athletic sneakers are mandatory. Sandals, flip-flops, or open-toe shoes are strictly prohibited.
- Headwear: A baseball cap or brimmed hat is highly recommended to deflect flying brass away from your face
