Description

"A Deliberate Responder, when evil strikes, is prepared to respond, without emotion, undue consideration or reflection, with an appropriate amount of force"
Concealed Carry, First Responder, Competition driven, we don't descriminate, we want to help everyone improve their handgun related skills.  We focus on an in depth look at the "process" because we want to create a repeatable level of performance.  We believe that anything worth doing, is worth doing well, when it comes to the defensive use of a handgun, we believe a USPSA Grandmaster/IDPA Master class level of performance is not only possible, your life and the lives of the ones that are important to you are worth it.
Day 1 is "why" we do what we do.  Day 2 is "how" we do what we do and our performance test. This program is not pass or fail, rather an evaluation with a percentage based performance report. Very little downtime, we will make use of every moment of range time we can get in a structured manner, intended to provide the maximum benefit possible.

Expectations and Outcomes

Each student can reasonably expect to come away with a better understanding of their current skill level and a plan to develop that skill to a next level.
Our Deadly Force "round table" discussion has been a stand alone course for several years and is included as a platform for each student to evaluate their capablities and limitations as they relate to specific real world encounters. It is our intent to help each student better decide individual "priorities of work" as they develop their practice stratagies.
Each student will participate in 3 live fire "qualifications" and receive a percentage based score for each, this is not a pass or fail program, rather we use those scores as a benchmark of performance and a guideline for self improvement.
THis is a marksmanship skill training course, with a focus on firearms skills, not tactics as they relate to self defense.
