Description

If you carry a handgun to protect yourself or others, your ability to perform under pressure isn’t optional—it’s essential. This course is part of our Quantified Skills program, designed to give you a clear, measurable understanding of your capabilities through deliberate, performance-driven training.

We don’t chase flashy results or rely on guesswork. We focus on the process—the repeatable, trainable steps that lead to controlled outcomes. This is where skill becomes confidence, and where data-backed self-awareness becomes progress.

Over two full days, you’ll engage in structured, live-fire drills that prioritize precision, consistency, and purpose. You’ll leave with a clearer picture of what you can do on demand, and how to sharpen the skills that matter most.

This course is for shooters at any level who can safely draw from a concealment or duty-style holster and are ready to move beyond “familiarity” into measurable performance. Whether you're a responsibly armed citizen or a professional, this course will refine your ability to deliver results under pressure.

We don’t divide skills into "basic" and "advanced"—we train fundamentals applied with intention. Through our Quantified Skills approach, you’ll learn to:

  • Understand and refine your personal process for shooting effectively under pressure.

  • Use objective data (timers, targets, and scored assessments) to track your progress and identify limiting factors.

  • Train with purpose, using high-quality reps, detailed instruction, and personalized feedback.

  • Apply repeatable mechanics that hold up when it counts—not just when it’s easy.

You’ll also engage in timed “challenge” drills and peer head-to-heads, designed to pressure-test your decision-making, execution, and composure.

We include several scored live-fire evaluations—each tied to specific performance metrics. Your results give you a percentage-based snapshot of your current skill level, and where to invest your training time next. There’s no pass/fail—just a path forward built on honest, useful feedback.

Topics Covered

We very strongly believe that the fundamentals skills required to run a handgun safely and effectively are not divided between "basic" and "advanced" skills.  Instead we practice what some term "an advanced application of a basic set of skills".
The act of firing a handgun involves mostly simple physics and doesn't take into account the "human element".  We then place our focus on the integration and the "why" we should work to gain the greatest understanding possible of our specific interactions to create a repeatable performance with an understanding of the desired outcome.
In short, we want to demonstrate an "on demand" performance capability that meets or exceeds each individuals expectations.

Expectations and Outcomes

You should expect to be challenged.  A key consideration that we push very hard is "control" so we will push hard to get you to shoot faster and at more precise targets, to help learn a level of control.  The level of control we work to build helps create a valid level of confidence in your own skills.
