About AGENCY SMALL ARMS INSTRUCTION LLC

Terry Weathers is a retired veteran with 22 yrs. of service in the United States Navy. Through continued service to his country, Terry is currently credentialed as an Firearms Instructor from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), NRA Pistol and Maryland State handgun qualification license (HQL), ware and carry instructor .
In Addition, Terry is also credentialed as a Nonlethal Weapons Instructor from the Center for Security Forces United States Navy. Terry's reason for starting Agency Small Arms Instruction LLC. was to pass on his knowledge gained through his 22yrs. of service to new and current responsible firearms owners. More specifically to help families (especially single moms) in his community to better be able to protect themselves and their families. Furthermore, as a disabled veteran, Terry has a strong passion for helping those who suffer from mental health issues. Seeing firsthand what not getting the proper help can do to those who suffer from mental health, Terry has pledged to send a portion of the proceeds from every class taken and every piece of apparel sold to support veterans suffering from mental health. "I don't want to see another service member or their loved ones suffer, from not getting the help that they need."
