Description

The Basic Handgun/Concealed Carry class is approximately five hours long which covers gun safety rules, proper operation of revolvers and semi-automatic pistols, shooting fundamentals, ammunition knowledge and selection, applicable federal and state laws, as well as techniques and options available for carrying a concealed firearm in Florida. Student will shoot a minimum of 25 rounds as part of the course requirement. Successful completion of this course will provide the student with a course completion certificate that will allow them to apply for a Florida Concealed Firearm License.

Documentation Requirements

All students are required to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire as part of the registration process.  All students are required to return the completed pre-qualification questionnaire in order to be considered for this course.  Payment in full is required in advance in order to reserve your seat for this course.

Students should bring their own firearm and eye/ear protection, as well as 50 rounds of ammunition in order to participate in the live fire portion of the course.
