Description

You do not need to bring a firearm.  For the range portion of this class we'll be shooting a full sized Baretta .22 semi-automatic pistol.  However, you're welcomed to bring your own firearm and ammunition if you'd like.

Day 1  NRA Basic Pistol Course 4-5 hours
USCCA Concealed Carry course  3-4 hours (part 1)
Day 2  USCCA Concealed Carry course   4 hours
           Range time 3 - 4 hours

Also Included:  2 additional hours of one-on-one range time approximately a week or two after the two day course.  You can then bring with you any number of rounds you'd like to fire (9mm, .38, .22) and I'll provide the gun.  (or of course, bring your own)

This class is strictly limited to 6 students per class.  Currently there is only once class scheduled per month, but additional classes will be offered as needed.

Expectations and Outcomes

Also basic understandings of:

  • Aiming

This is a lot of informtion, but there will be ample time to address questions.  My goal is to have the student walk away with the confidence that they've been exposed to enought handgun basics that they'll be able to make educated decisions regarding firearms ownership.
