TRAINING DEPARTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

 Public Classes:

Event Cancellation by Sponsor (5150 HEAT LLC)

5150 HEAT LLC – Firearms Training Academy (5150 HEAT LLC) reserves the right to cancel any Training event. In the event of cancellation by 5150 HEAT LLC, participants will have the option of being moved to the next scheduled event or receive a full refund of the registration fee. 5150 HEAT LLC is not responsible for any other expenses or possible damages incurred.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

Please note the following:

• Cancellations will only be accepted in writing via our booking page link on the original confirmation email or via email to annie.5150.heat@gmail.com . Emailed cancellations will be confirmed when accepted.
• Cancellations must be received 5 business days before the training event to qualify for a refund.
• Cancellations received 5 Business days or more in advance of the scheduled training event will receive a full refund if requested.
• Cancellation of training event reservation less than 5 Business days before the scheduled training event and before the start of the training event will result in school credit or scheduling into a future training event.
• Students are eligible to reschedule to another class until the beginning of the training event they are scheduled to attend.
• Failure to attend the training event (no-show), without making prior arrangements with the training staff, will result in forfeiting the entire registration fee.
• We understand mitigating circumstances can affect attendance. Each circumstance will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

The above policies apply to all 5150 HEAT LLC, Training Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding training materials.

Private Training Session:

In the event of cancellation by 5150 HEAT LLC, participants will have the option of being moved to the next available Private Training Session or receive a full refund of the registration fee. 5150 HEAT LLC is not responsible for any other expenses or possible damages incurred.

• Cancellation of private training session reservations less than 72 hours before the scheduled session and before the start of the session will result in store credit or scheduling into a future private training session.
• Students are eligible to reschedule into another private training session (date and time) until the beginning of the training session they are scheduled to attend.
• Failure to attend the private training session (no-show), without making prior arrangements with the training staff, will result in forfeiting the entire training fee for that session.
