Your information is private and not accessible to anyone at any time, other than the instructor for whose class you are registering. If the instructor determines that you do not meet the requirements, your credit card will be automatically refunded.

Cancellation Policy
We understand schedules can be chaotic. Rather than cancel, we invite our students to reschedule to a later date free of charge.

In the event that a cancellation is needed, Cobalt Firearm Instruction, LLC. offers a full refund of class costs (minus $5 for processing) if cancelled 14 or more days prior to the class start.

(i.e: class is being held on July 15th, any cancellation made on or before July 1st will be allowed a full refund, minus $5, if requested.)

Any cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled class date will be subject to a 75% refund.
Any cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled class date will be subject to a 50% refund.
No refund will be issued to no-shows the day of class.

Reschedule Policy
We understand schedules can be chaotic. Rather than cancel, we invite our students to reschedule to a later date free of charge.
Cobalt Firearm Instruction, LLC. Offers (1) class reschedule free of charge as long as reschedule request is made at least 1 day before the start of class.

(i.e: the class is being held on July 15th, you can reschedule your class for free until July 14th)

Day-Of class rescheduling will be subject to a $10 rescheduling fee.
Only 1 reschedule allowed per person, per class. 2nd reschedule will be considered a cancellation, forfeiting class fee in full and requiring the student to sign up & pay from the beginning for the next available course.
