Cancellation Policy

a. If you wish to cancel your order or training session, please notify us as soon as possible.

b. Cancellations made [14 days] before the scheduled training session will be eligible for a full refund.

c. Cancellations made within [7 days] of the scheduled training session may be subject to a cancellation fee or partial refund, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

d. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 72 or after the scheduled training session.

Reschedule Policy

Changes and Rescheduling

a. If you need to reschedule a training session, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the available options.

b. We reserve the right to make changes to the training schedule, trainer, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you in advance and offer alternative arrangements or a refund if the session cannot be rescheduled.

Refund Policy

Refund Process:

a. To request a refund for a canceled training session, please contact our customer service and provide the necessary details, such as your order number and reason for cancellation.

b. Refunds will be processed within [5 business days] after approval, and the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Other Policy

Age policy:

Lioness Defense welcomes students in our adult classes starting at age 12 as long as they operate within the confines of the safety rules and are attentive. Parents and Guardians must be present and sign a waiver of liability for their minor children. Our KidZone program is tailored to children between the ages of 7 and 11. Our program is designed to present realistic scenarios and events that your child may encounter. It focuses on safety rules, basic fundamentals, and proper clearing procedures.
