About Devine Arms
Hello, thank you for taking a look at my firearms training courses. My name is Alan Palomino. I have been a certified firearms instructor since 2005, instructing many new officer firearm academies or refresher trainings for the Arizona Supreme Court. Since my retirement after a 28-year career, I have missed teaching firearms to new and experienced shooters. I decided to obtain NRA certifications so I could start teaching in the private sector, to citizens such as yourself, who have an interest in firearms and learning how to safely and proficiently shoot, as a hobby or for personal protection. I utilize NRA approved curriculum in addition to vetted curriculum that has been adopted by many law enforcement agencies to offer the most informative and efficient techniques to safely and accurately manipulate a firearm. Safety is the first objective, teaching every firearm owner how to properly handle, store and secure their firearm(s). Every day carry, range safety and safety in the home are all interictal to owning a firearm. Anyone taking a class from me has the option to also obtain their Arizona concealed carry permit (if not prohibited) for an additional fee. My courses currently include basic and intermediate pistol, personal protection in the home and concealed carry. Later this year I will be launching rifle and pistol reddot training courses, so stay tuned for those training dates.
In addition to being a certified firearms instructor, I also operate a home-based FFL and ecommerce business. I offer discounts to any student who has taken any of my firearms training courses. Policies
Cancellation Policy
Registration for participation in this training class requires prepayment. For a full refund, less 3% for merchant fees, the participant must notify by texting, calling or emailing the Instructor at least 7 days prior to the training event. If at least 24 hour notice is given, the participant will be granted the ability to apply their payment to a future class. Less than 24 hour notice of cancellation forfeits any payments and does not guarantee participation in a future training event. Any exceptions to the cancellation policy will be on a case-by-case basis at the Instructor's full discretion.
Reschedule Policy
Call/text/email instructor with as much notice as possible, if less than 24 hour notice you will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be less the merchant fees (typically 3%), and require at least 7 days notice prior to the training event. The instructor reserves the right to evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis.
