THIS IS A LADIES ONLY CLASS!  We believe everyone should learn the skills to defend themselves.  No one should ever have to be a victim to violence and feel helpless.  This course was inspired by a female firearms student who told us "This is empowering!," upon firing a handgun for the first time.  That statement had a profound effect on us and reminded us why we became instructors in the first place.  With that inspiration, this course was born.

You will learn more than just self-defense skills in this class.  You will be empowered!  You will smash boards, break physical restraits, shoot weapons, handle a blade, and kick butt.  But beyond that, you will increase confidence and supercharge your inner spirit.  These effects last long after the training!  We developed this kick-butt course to begin the transformation of women into modern day warriors capable of defending themselves and their families. You will meet other ladies who share the same mentality and goals and develop life-long friendships!

No experience is necessary for this training!  In fact, many of our students have never even fired a gun or taken training like this.  The class is open to ladies only of all skill levels from ages 13 and up. 

The training will be in two sessions.  The morning session will focus on unarmed combat while the optional afternoon session will cover firearms.

Morning Session - Unarmed Combatives

This course will empower women with the skills to defend themselves from violent encounters.  You want to learn and we can't wait to teach you!  This is a hands-on class and not just a boring lecture!

Optional Afternoon Session - Firearms

For those wishing to add firearms skills to their skillsets, we offer an additional four hours of firearms as an optional add-on program as the afternoon session.  You don't need ANY firearms experience to attend this training!

You can use your own firearm for training or rent one from us.  We offer a limited number of firearms for rental as well as ammunition for them.  The ammunition we provide with rentals is for class use only.

After the morning session, we will immediately transition into the firearms training for those who added the optional training.  Please come prepared with a bag lunch as time is limited due to the range's hours of operation.  During lunch on the range, our instructors will demonstrate skills and cover firearms concepts while everyone refuels.  Training will begin with simulated weapons to ensure student familiarity with weapon operations and safe handling skills before we move onto live fire.

The course fee includes student background check, class materials, and range fees.

Course Value

WE PRICED THIS CLASS LOW TO ALLOW MORE LADIES TO BENEFIT FROM THE TRAINING! We don't want anyone to need this training and not be able to afford it.  We also wanted to make it possible for mothers to be able to train alongside their daughters, sisters, and friends.  Normally, training of this caliber is not available anywhere near this price but our goal is to make a huge impact with women in our communities. Don't confuse low cost with low value.  We are on a mission and want to make a difference.

For those who serve (or their spouses) their communities and nation, we offer a discount as a token of our appreciation.  This applies to active or retired Law Enforcement, Military, EMS, Fire, and First Responders.  The discount will be applied at registration.

  • Defense on the ground from both weapons and unarmed attacks

  • Introduction to firearms (no experience necessary)

  • Force-on-force drils where you test your skills against a live training partner

Documentation Requirements

  • Students should understand that a background screening process will be performed using the information provided with registration
  • No additional documentation required unless we need additional identification

For classroom sessions, you should have:

  • Comfortable atheltic style clothing you don't mind to get dirty and sweaty
  • Long pants with pockets
  • Closed toe shoes (no flip flops or sandals)
  • Water and snack(s)
For range sessions, you will need:
  • Handgun (we have a few available for rent)
  • Holster
  • Suggested but optional: at least 1 spare magazine and mag pouch
  • 100 rounds of ammo (we provide ammo for those renting our firearms)
  • Eyewear (Can be safety glasses, regular glasses, or sunglasses)
  • Hearing protection (Can be shooting ear protection or simple ear plugs)
  • Appropriate clothing for weather.
    • Crew neck (T-shirt) or button-up shirt (no low-cut neck lines)
    • Brimmed hat
    • Long pants with pockets
    • Sturdy belt
    • Closed toe shoes (no flip flops or sandals)
  • Water and small snack(s)
