Documentation Requirements

Greetings,

Welcome to your Michigan CPL qualifying course.  It is Personal Protection in the Home (NRA).  Dress appropriately for outdoor range operations.  Remember to wear clothes you won’t mind getting dirty at the outdoor range.  Please be sure to bring your firearm, eye and hearing protection if you have it, along with at least 150 rounds of ammunition (leave ammunition in your vehicle).  You must have your Government Issued Identification on your person.

Location: 10747 25 1/2 MILE ROAD ALBION, MI 0745 am check in time.

Please send back a short email letting us know what firearm(s) you will bring, your experience level and that will confirm your spot in the class.  Also let us know if you need a firearm in that email (additional $30 includes ammunition).  We will provide your morning and noon meals/drinks.  Please inform us if you have food allergies.  We will work hard and have fun putting holes in targets from different positions.  Please call us with any questions at 517 315 5335.

We ask that you wear typical casual clothing for our courses.  Untucked shirts, vests and light jackets are great for concealed firearms courses.  Pants should fit well at the waist; no baggy or saggy pants are allowed as this is not conducive to carrying a firearm and poses a safety hazard.  A sturdy belt is required for drawing firearms and dress style belts are not recommended unless they are purposely designed for firearm use. Clothing should not allow bare skin or underclothing to be visible at any time.  Dress should be layered for outdoor activities and something you don’t mind getting dirty.  Footwear should also be of outdoor type and support your feet well. Discriminatory, inflammatory, gang-associated or otherwise offensive dress is not allowed at any course we provide and students will be asked to leave and rescheduled for another class.

Hearing and eye protection are required.  Eye protection may be clear or yellow tint.  No dark tint.

Payment may be submitted through PayPal using emsmarkv@gmail.com to send payment or in cash or credit card (additional 5% fee) at the time of class.

For those who are new shooters... We can meet one evening in advance of the class for you to become familiar with your/a pistol.  This will help you in class and build your confidence.  Let me know if you would like to do this cost is $20.00

To comply with the current health emergency, please bring your favorite face covering.

The instructor requires a copy of your Government Issued ID once you register.
