Pistol Evolution 1

Description

In this class Students will learn and improve on the basic fundamentals of pistol shooting.

Students  will have a safety briefing and a prayer before we step onto the range.

Instructor will cover the course curriculum thru various methods of dry fire drills, shooting steel and paper targets.

The class will begin at 0900, it will then break at 1200, The class will conclude at 1700.

1. Mindset
2. Gear indexing
3. Master Grip
4. Proper Draw
5. Sight picture and sight alignment
6. point of Aim and Point of impact

You will learn

• Why mindset Matter
• Efficient and Effective use of your body mechanics.
• Common pistol stopages and malfunction and how to work thru them.
• The differance between speed and accuracy

Expectations and Outcomes

Students should expect to

• Safely handles firearms= Leave with the same amount of holes in your body that you arrived wth.
• understand and adhere to all Range360/EDC safety rules and ranges commands
• Shoot from the standing postion from distances of five yards to as far as 25yrds

Out comes of the class

• Have fun
• Gain a good solid foundation for pistol shooting.
• Shoot rain or Shine=Range 360 is an outdoor range so student's should keep an eye out for weather. MINDSET MATTERS!!!
• Expect to be tested throught the class!!!

At the conclusion of this class all passing students will have a well-rounded understanding of how to properly use there firearm accurately and effectively.

Basic

Requirements

Requirements for this class are as follows

1. Properly functioning semi-automatic pistol
2. Outside the waist band holster=NO CONCEALMENT TYPE HOLSTERS
3. 3 magazines with a holster
4. 250 rds of ammunition.
5. Eye and ear Protection=some can be purchased at the school house
6. Weather appropriate clothing and a good pair of sneakers=NO OPEN TOED SHOES.
