Documentation Requirements

  • NRA's Basics of Pistol Shooting Certificate
                                    or
  • A picture of a target demonstarting the ability to shoot at the Level I (15 out of 20 rounds inside a 4" diameter circle at 10 feet)

Requirements

  • The student should have passed the Basics of Pistol Shooting Course and have shot the qualification, at a minimum, at the Level I, with Level II or higher prefered.
  • Quality Pistol appropriate for concealed carry – recommend minimum of 9mm or .38 Special
  • Quality Strong Side Hip Holster – recommend form fitted leather or kydex, must cover trigger/trigger guard
  • Quality Belt, designed to carry a holster and a firearm strongly recommended
  • At least two hundred rounds of quality ammunition suitable for practice.
  • Spare magazines or speed loaders with appropriate pouches – at least two spares.
  • Clothing appropriate for concealed carry
