Ohio CCW/Defensive Pistol

Description

This class will educate you on the basics of pistol shooting. It will give you the skills, knowledge and confidence you need to safely shoot a pistol. This class takes you beyond the State of Ohio Minimum class. Bring 100 rounds of ammo for your gun. Don't have a gun, we have some you can use. Bring a holster if you have one. We use state of the art SIRT (Shot Indicating Resetting Trigger) guns in our classrooms. The SIRT guns shoot a laser onto any target. They do not shoot live ammunition.

We are not the cheapest CCW class. We keep usually classes to 6 or less students. Our goal is for everyone who takes our class have the confidence to carry a firearm for their personal protection. 

This is also a great class for permitless carry. All of the same skills and principles apply.

Expectations and Outcomes

You will receive range experience to go "live fire hands on". You will receive a certificate and all of the information that you will need to apply for your CCW permit through your county's or adjacent county's Sheriff's Office.

The classroom portion will be held in Carrollton, Ohio.  Upon registration you will be advised of the address of the private range

Documentation Requirements

Documentation required is Name, Address, Email Address, Phone Number and DOB.

Make sure you read the Ohio Attorney General's Concealed Carry Laws Manual at www.ohioattorneygeneral.gov.

The instructor requires a copy of your Government Issued ID once you register.

If you do not have a gun we can provide one. We can also provide the ammunition for a fee for class use only.
