Maryland HQL: Yes, legally foundational teaches Maryland laws and basic safe handling; a legal must-have for handgun ownership
NRA Basic Pistol: Yes, skills foundational gives strong marksmanship fundamentals and shooting confidence — highly recommended if you're new or rusty.
