Mr. Walker is the Lead Instructor and Founder of MDTTactics Training Group, LLC. With 13 years of Law Enforcement experience as a Commission Police Officer working Protective Service, Housing in the District of Columbia and DOJ Protective Service Officer with 4 years of senior level of security management. Mr. Walker is a local Washingtonian that graduated from Eastern Sr. High School and attended Ashworth University, Norcross GA. to achieve his degree in Criminal Justice and Police Science. Policies

Cancellation Policy

Reschedule Policy

If you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled class training, you will be able to attend the next scheduled class. MDTTactics will do our best to accommodate a reschedule if possible based on availability.

Refund Policy

Our REFUND policy states that all sales are final and that MDTTactics does not offer refunds but will exchanges for any products or services.

Other Policy

All clients are required to notify MDTTactics and its staff at least one hour before their scheduled class start time to let us know if they are running late. Failure to provide such notification will be considered a 'no call no show' and will result in disciplinary action, of being dropped from the class roster without a refund."

Any arrival exceeding that timeframe 5 minutes past the start time of any training, will be considered tardy and will be required to reschedule. See Rescheduling policy in the bold print. 

Online Blended eLearning courses: All online training modules must be completed within 24 hours prior to the start of the in-person training. 

Range Time, Firearm and Ammo: Please note that range time is not added into any of our course fee and for most of our courses, ammo is not included in the course fee. So these option must be paid for as an add-on to the course. If you have your own firearm and ammo you are welcome to bring it to class, but must leave it in your vehicle until instructed to retrieve it. Some of our courses you must have your own firearm to participant. 

Prerequisites: Most of of training course have a prerequisite to have prior to taking the course.

Waiver

I, [Your Name], hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a training class at [Facility Name] and understand that physical activity can involve risks of injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, and potential for serious harm. I affirm that I am in good physical condition and have consulted with a healthcare professional regarding my ability to participate. I agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries sustained during the class and release [Facility Name], its employees, and instructors from any liability arising from my participation." I fully understand and agree to all terms of [Facility Name] policies that was given.
