Introduction to Personal Safety
A safety class held entirely in the classroom.

This introductory class covers important topics such as conflict avoidance, how to make yourself less appealing to criminals, personal security options (lethal and non-lethal, including pepper spray and tasers), and home security. If you aren't ready for firearms yet but want to be safer both in and out of the home, this is your introduction to defensive training. Perfect for all ages and skill levels, this class can be taught at our home range or we can bring it to your church group, women's club, scout meeting, or other social venue.
Students will not be required to provide any documentation at this class.
Please bring water or other beverages and a pen and notebook for taking notes, if desired.
We will cover situational awareness, how to make ourselves less attractive to criminals, home safety options, personal security options (lethal and non-lethal), and how to pursue further training in self-defense and safety.
Expectations and Outcomes
Expect to have a heightened awareness of your potential vulnerabilities after this class, and a great understanding of how to stay safer both inside and outside the home.
