A Self-Defense Life Skills Academy Course
Emergencies happen when we least expect them: at home, in public spaces, at work, or while traveling. Stop the Bleed® empowers everyday civilians with the knowledge and hands-on skills needed to recognize life-threatening bleeding and take immediate action until professional help arrives.
This interactive, confidence-building course teaches simple, effective hemorrhage-control techniques that can truly save a life. No medical background or prior training is required.
