Description

Are you thinking about getting your concealed carry permit for personal defense??
Maybe you’re already a permit holder looking for a refresher. Or, like many Americans, you simply want to learn more about firearms before buying one to protect yourself or your loved ones. Perhaps you just want to know how to safely handle, store, and use a firearm “just in case.”

This is the class for you!!

The Ultimate CCW Course, based on USCCA’s Concealed Carry & Home Defense Fundamentals, has something to offer both new and experienced gun owners. It’s designed to give you a deeper understanding of what it means to be your family’s first line of defense.

Understand – Carrying a firearm increases your responsibility. Learn the knowledge and skills to carry safely and confidently.

Plan – Explore how your body and mind may react under stress and build a plan to respond effectively in a real self-defense situation.

Avoid – Learn the importance of de-escalation, conflict avoidance, and what to do if the use of deadly force becomes unavoidable.

Build a Home Protection Plan – Discover why your home is not automatically a safe zone. Develop proactive strategies for awareness, prevention, and readiness to keep your loved ones safe.

Requirements

There are no formal prerequisites for this course; however, it is strongly recommended that students complete a Basic Pistol Course or a Private Firearm Lesson beforehand. Remember, the purpose of this course is to qualify for a license that permits you to carry a firearm for personal defense.

This class is not designed to teach you how to shoot from scratch!! Instead, it focuses on refining your fundamental skills and building the confidence necessary to carry responsibly for self-defense. 👉 If you’ve never handled a firearm before, we strongly encourage you to schedule a Private Lesson with us or enroll in our Basic Pistol Course prior to signing up for this CCW class.

Students will be expected to demonstrate safe gun-handling practices—such as muzzle awareness and trigger finger discipline—throughout both dry-fire and live-fire drills.
