Description
Most people spend more time planning a vacation than they spend planning for a home emergency.
Whether the challenge is a criminal intrusion, medical emergency, severe weather event, fire, power outage, or other unexpected crisis, having a plan in place before an emergency occurs can significantly improve your ability to respond effectively.
Coffee & Confidence: Home Defense Planning is an engaging and interactive classroom course designed to help students evaluate vulnerabilities, identify practical improvements, and develop a personalized home defense and emergency response plan.
Home defense involves far more than simply owning a firearm. Effective home protection begins with awareness, preparation, communication, and planning.
Through guided discussion, practical planning exercises, and real world examples, students will learn how to strengthen home security, prepare for emergencies, and create realistic plans designed to protect the people and property they value most.
Whether you own firearms, rely on alternative protective measures, or simply want to become more prepared, this course provides practical information that can be applied immediately.
This is not a shooting class or a tactical class - This is a class about protecting what matters most before an emergency occurs.
Because hope is not a plan. Preparation is.
