The NRA Women On Target® Instructional Shooting Clinic is the perfect opportunity for women of all backgrounds to learn about firearms in a safe, welcoming, supportive, and absolutely no-pressure environment.
Whether you're brand-new, nervous, curious, returning after a break, or simply wanting quality instruction in a comfortable atmosphere — this clinic gives you the space, skills, and confidence to learn comfortably and at your own pace.
You’ll receive hands-on instruction, supportive coaching, dry-fire and live-fire exercises, and an empowering introduction to safe, responsible firearm handling.

Topics Covered
This clinic introduces women to the basics of safe gun handling, firearm operation, and responsible shooting practices while building confidence, comfort, and a strong foundation for future training.
By the end of this experience, you’ll understand how firearms work, how to safely handle them, and you’ll complete a supervised live-fire session with patient, encouraging instructors by your side.

During this Women On Target® clinic, you can expect a calm, encouraging, beginner-friendly environment where every woman is supported at her own pace. There is no pressure, no judgment, and no prior experience required. You’ll receive clear instruction, hands-on coaching, and the opportunity to ask questions freely.

Documentation Requirements
Please bring a current valid Ohio Driver License, State ID, or Ohio CHL
The instructor requires a copy of your Government Issued ID once you register.
Requirements
Rental firearms are available, and ammunition may be purchased at the range.
Almost everything else is provided for you: firearm (if needed), eye & ear protection, targets, and expert instruction.
Range fees and ammunition purchases are handled separately and are paid directly to The Brigade Shooting Company upon check-in.
Just come ready to learn in a safe, fun, confidence-building environment!!
