Description
Course Overview:
Handgun Confidence 101 is a beginner focused, classroom-based course designed for individuals who are new to handguns or who want to build understanding and confidence before stepping onto a live fire range. This course is ideal for those who feel nervous, unsure where to start, or simply want a calm, pressure-free introduction.
This class is taught using Laser Ammo training tools and does not include live fire. By removing noise and recoil, students are able to focus on safety, fundamentals, and correct habits in a supportive, low stress environment.
Instruction is confidence first and emphasizes clarity, encouragement, and understanding. Questions are welcomed, nerves are normal, and learning happens at a comfortable pace.
This class is designed for individuals with little to no firearms experience who want to learn safety, fundamentals, and how handguns work in a relaxed, non intimidating setting. This is a non shooting class, which allows us to focus fully on education, understanding, and confidence without the pressure of live fire. Many people find this approach especially comforting when they’re feeling nervous. The experience is in no way diminished, and students often tell me this class completely changes how they feel about firearms. Moving to live fire will take place when you are comfortable and ready to take that next step.
