Description
What would you do??
- A stranger begins approaching you in a parking lot...
- A heated argument suddenly erupts nearby...
- Someone appears to be following you...
- A situation just doesn't feel right...
Would you recognize the warning signs?? More importantly, would you know what to do next??
Every personal safety incident begins with a decision. The ability to quickly recognize a potential threat, evaluate your options, and respond appropriately can dramatically influence the outcome.
This engaging and interactive classroom course is designed to help students develop situational awareness, strengthen decision making skills, recognize pre-assault indicators, evaluate response options, and build confidence in their ability to respond effectively under stress.
Using realistic scenarios, Image Based Decisional Drills (IBDD), guided discussion, and practical exercises, students will learn practical skills that can be applied immediately in everyday life.
