Expectations and Outcomes

Students should leave with greater confidence handling and operating an AR 15 safely. They should be able to identify and use the primary controls, verify the rifle’s condition, load and unload it safely, prepare it for firing, and apply foundational shooting skills during coached live fire.

This introductory class provides a starting point, not mastery. Continued instruction and purposeful practice are strongly encouraged to reinforce safe handling, improve accuracy, and build lasting competence.
