NRA's Shotgun course is designed to provide a hands-on introduction to the safe handling and proper orientation to one specific shotgun model. 

Topics Covered

Topics covered will be NRA’s rules for safe gun handling; the particular shotgun model parts and operation; ammunition; shooting fundamentals; cleaning the shotgun; and continued opportunities for skill development.

Documentation Requirements

Student must bring drivers licenses to class.

The instructor requires a copy of your Government Issued ID once you register.

Requirements

Students must bring their firearm, along with ammunition for that firearm. Students must bring proper safety equipment (eye protection and ear plugs). If student does not have a shotgun, one will be available for rental.
