50% deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations: For conseradation of refund or transer, 48 hours notice or more, prior to the event is required. Cancellations will be considered on a case by case basis and the balance of fees will be transferred to a future event if possible. If no transfer is possible, balance will be refunded on a case by case basis.
