About Kimberly Henderson-Clemens
Kimberly is a staunch 2A supporter than believes EVERYONE had the right to be able to defend themselves. She also believes that with this right comes GREAT personal responsibility. This responsibility includes training to be MORE than simply proficient with your firearm. This responsibility requires frequent and constant training. Kimberly has taken special training to earn a unique certification to train women. Kimberly especially enjoys training women and novice shooters, but enjoys working with shooters of all ages and genders.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation greater than 72 hours prior to class start will receive a full refund less 17.00 and book fee if applicable. Student will have to arrange to pick up the course book if applicable.
Cancellation less than 72 hours prior to class start will NOT receive a refund, but will be able to reschedule for the SAME course at a future date with only a 17.00 fee. Student will have to arrange to pick up the course book if applicable.
(EVERY Cancellation will be reviewed case by case. We are sensitive to the fact that EMERGENCIES do happen. If the inablility to attend is a medical emergency a special waiver will be granted).
The 17.00 fee cover's OUR costs for the course i.e. fee for the facility and administrative cost that we pay PER STUDENT.
Reschedule Policy
If a student cancel's, outside the 72 hour cancellation window as explained in the refund policy, they will have the OPTION of a refund less 17.00, or they may reschedule to attend the SAME course at a future date for an ADDITIONAL 17.00 fee.
If a student cancel's WITHIN the 72 hour period, and is NOT granted a special circumstance waiver, they will need to register and pay the class fee in full prior to taking the course.
If the INSTRUCTOR cancels greater than 48 hours PRIOR to scheduled course ALL students will receive a full refund. If an INSTRUCTOR cancels 48 hours or LESS prior to the start of the course, ALL students will be automatically placed in the SAME course at the earliest date possible, at no additional charge.
