About Protective Shooting Concepts
Jay Cunningham was honorably discharged from the United States Navy in 1997 and began formal firearms training in 2006. He has trained under the following instructors:

He earned his Advanced rating on the F.A.S.T. Wall of Fame as one of only three shooters do so with additional stressors applied (financial penalty for missed shots).
Jay was a Vickers Shooting Method Regional Endorsed Instructor and was Colt AR-15 Armorer Certified by Ken Elmore of Specialized Armament.
Jay is married to his wife of 15 years and has two daughters… and he’s prepared to lay down his life to protect them – but not without one helluva fight.

Jay is an NRA Certified (#143413437) Range Safety Officer, NRA Certified Pistol Instructor, and NRA Certified Personal Protection Inside the Home Instructor.
He is also a certified Rangemaster Handgun Instructor, shooting a score of 100% on the FBI Pistol Qualification and 99.6% on the much more stringently scored Rangemaster Qualification.
