About ReadyUp Tactical
Instructor Fletch Fuller is a military veteran and a career Law Enforcement Officer with a large South Florida Agency where he serves as the High Liability Training Coordinator. His experience includes Patrol Operations, SWAT, Gang Investigations and Training and spans over 23 years. Fletch is an adjunct instructor for the Southwest Florida Public Service Academy, a Master TASER Instructor and a longtime student and instructor of martial arts and self defense.
Fletch is a regularly featured presenter for the ILEETA (International Law Enforcement Educators & Trainers Association), IALEFI (International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors), The Florida High Liability Instructor Conference as well as the annual Rangemaster Tactical Conference (Tac-Con).

Policies
Cancellation Policy
The only way we can know that a class is full is when the specified number of students have registered and paid their tuition fees. Once a class is full, we have to turn away others who would like to attend. If you cancel too close to class, or fail to show up for class, you keep someone else from attending and would cost us a student. Please be sure you can attend a class before signing up for it. We believe this policy is fair to you, to other students, and to us. In order to minimize this, we have strict policies on pre-payment and cancellation.
If a deposit was paid to hold a space, the balance is due in full at least 15 days prior to the class date. If a student cancels less than 30 days before the class date, there is no refund (either for deposits or for full payments). Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
Cancellations must be received via e-mail dated no later than 30 days before scheduled event to receive a refund.readyuptactical@gmail.com
Reschedule Policy
If the event is cancelled for any reason, tuition will be refunded.
Students registered for a cancelled event will be given priority in registering for a rescheduled event.
Refund Policy
Refunds up to 30 days prior to event.
