No prior medical training is required
Learn how to save lives including your own. Stop the Bleed is a nationally recognized course that will teach you the proper methods to control bleeding, the number 1 cause of death after injury. No prior medical training is required. You will learn how to use direct pressure, wound packing, pressure dressings and tourniquets to prevent unnecessary loss of life during a bleeding trauma. This training will help you and others survive during a shooting, mass casualty event, car crash or other serious accident where blood loss is a major concern. Everyone and we mean everyone, should have this training.

Identifying life threatening bleeding
ABC's of bleeding control
Wound dressings and direct pressure
Wound packing using hemostatic and combat gauze
Tourniquet placement and application.
Expectations and Outcomes
Student will be able to save themselves and others from severe bleeding. Students will be able to identify, locate and treat severe bleeding.
