Description

This course is a transition from the basics of shooting to the mechanics of marksmanship and the intuitive response of point (or defensive) shooting. Classroom exercises will give way to live fire exercises on the range, as we work to help you perfect your form, get comfortable with the act of shooting, and prepare for your CCW license class. The class can also be taken post-ccw if you haven't shot much and want a little supervised range time. If you don't plan to get your CCW license, this is a great substitute class to help you prepare for home defense. This class offers more shooting and hands-on exercise time than classroom "sitting" time. In order to sign up for this class, students must be comfortable holding a gun and capable of doing so consistently safely.
