Description

The goal of this class is pretty simple. To teach the fundamentals of shooting and owning a handgun in a safe and fun environment. We start the day with registration. After everyone is good to go there is a classroom portion consisting of a PowerPoint and short quiz. There will be hands on demonstrations about safety and gun handling. Then we pause for a free lunch. After everyone is fueled up we hit the range where you will get to try your new skills and put some rounds on paper. When you're ready you will take the test. We have a high success rate of getting students on target so no worries. You got this. Even if you have never shot a gun before, or don't even have your own yet, we can work with you. If you would like advice on buying your first gun so you can bring it to class, please reach out. The instructors from The Sheepdog Academy are here to serve you.
