Course Description
The Art of Everyday Protection: Foundation I – Soft Skills Development is designed to help everyday citizens develop the awareness, judgment, and decision-making skills needed to recognize, avoid, and respond to potential threats. Rather than focusing on firearms proficiency, this course emphasizes the mental aspects of personal protection that apply whether you carry a firearm or not.
Participants will learn how to recognize pre-attack indicators, understand the criminal assault cycle, develop a protective mindset, examine the legal principles surrounding the justifiable use of force, and make sound decisions under stress. These are foundational skills that can help individuals identify danger earlier, avoid unnecessary confrontations, and better protect themselves and those around them.
