Dave " Boon" Benton has a combined 25 years serving in specialized teams and leadership roles in the military, law enforcement, protective security, and intelligence community. He has held many positions on various teams from assaulter, sniper, breacher, tactical medic, team leader, and instructor positions from explosive entry to SWAT.

Cancellation Policy

Class fee must be paid in full at time of enrollment.  Your enrollment is not guaranteed unless full payment is received by us.

If we are notified of your enrollment cancellation more than 30 days from the training class date, your payment will be transferred into a credit that does not have an expiration until used.

If, for any reason, you are removed from a class you are participating in by the instructor, you may be entitled to a credit not a refund .

In the event TMS or the instructor cancels a class for any reason prior to the class, you are entitled to full credit towards a future TMS course or a full refund.

 

TMS, LLC reserves the right to change, update, or alter our policies at any time. 

Reschedule Policy

If , for any reason TMS or the Instructor has to reschedule any course , the student will be notified promtly and the option of full credit for the course reschedule or full refund.
