This course will cover the fundamentals of personal safety, including mindset, situational awareness and avoidance. Students will also learn about using pepper spray in a defensive manner. Topics will include what to buy, how to use it, and what to do in case of accidental exposure. The class will include lecture and hands on learning drills. Bring a friend for 50% off. Expectations and Outcomes

At the conclusion of this course the student will have a greater understanding of the mindset and skills needed to improve their personal safety. They will also understand how to purchase and use pepper spray defensively.

Please bring your state issued driver's liscense (or other government issued ID) to class with you.

The instructor requires a copy of your Government Issued ID once you register.

Requirements

This class is for men and women ages 18+. Students ages 14-17 are welcome to attend with a parent or legal guardian at 50% off. Please select the "Minor Child" add on to purchase a ticket for a minor, along with the adult ticket purchase.
