Description

This 1-day course is recommended as a first step for team members.  Curriculum benefits both armed and unarmed teams. The instructor will introduce the following for discussion:

  • Effective Communication
  • Use of Force
  • Florida Trespass Statutes
  • 911 Phone Call Etiquette
  • Interaction with First Responders
  • Providing Verbal or Written Statements as Appropriate
  • USCCA "Violent Encounters & the Aftermath" mini-lesson.
