About Alpha Koncepts Firearm Training

Alpha Koncepts offers firearm and concealed carry training in the greater Chicagoland area since 2013.  The classes offered include, Multi-state Concealed Carry, Defensive Pistol, Basic Pistol and more.

Both public and private group classes are offered.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

Public classes are classes listed on the public calendar and enrollment is open to the general public. Public classes are instructed by Alpha Koncepts staff instructors.

1. Full payment is required at registration for Public classes. “Full Payment” may exclude such items as range fees, or ammunition, etc… Please see the class listing for any exclusions.
2. For public classes, if you cancel prior to 48 hours, your class fee may be credited to a future class minus a 50% processing and administration fee.  Or you may be given the option to apply your training fee to a future class minus a 25% processing and administration fee.
3. If Alpha Koncepts finds the need to cancel a class for any reason, the student(s) will have the option of applying training fees to future classes or request a full refund.
4. Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the event to be eligible for any sort of refund (if applicable).
5. If you need to cancel, You must contact us in writing. Please use the contact form located at http://www.alphakoncepts.com/contact-us/ If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, please call 847-612-3952 to be sure your message didn’t get lost in cyberspace.
6. Students who are no-call no-show shall receive no refund what so ever.

Other Policy

Special Guest classes are classes which may be public or private.  Special Guest classes are not instructed by Alpha Koncepts staff instructors and are instead instructed by special guest instructors.

1. When taking a training class hosted by Alpha Koncepts, but instructed by an invited guest instructor, there shall be no refunds for any reason at any time. However, you may transfer your enrollment to another qualified person.

Privacy Policy

Alpha Koncepts will not share your personal information except as necessary to fulfill a class requirement. For example, some ranges require each student to complete a waiver. Also, training organizations such as the NRA or USCCA require a class roster for their records.
