In this course, students will learn the fundamentals of rifle shooting. The class will cover the following topics:

-Different trypes of rifles
-Gear and Accessories
-Setting up your rifle
-How your rifle functions
-Ammo and Ballistics
-Safety, Stance, and Grip
-Zeroing your rifle
-Shooting from Low Ready and High Ready

Expectations and Outcomes
Studens will become familiar with their rifle, as well as gaining the knowledge and confidence to use their rifle proficiently.

Documentation Requirements
Students must bring their Driver's License or State Identification Card
Requirements
Required Gear:
Rifle with a sling (AR15/AR10 rifle, pistol, or SBR)
Minimum of 300 rounds of ammo
Eye and Ear Protection
Closed toe shoes or boots
Comfortable clothes that can get dirty
Enough water for the day
Lunch and Snacks for the day
Chair
RANGE FEE NOT INCLUDED, and will be collected before class begins.
